I am very dissatisfied with the IF YOU WANT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE COME HERE! VERY LENGTHY REVIEW BUT WORTH THE READ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I am very dissatisfied with the service I received today at the service center at 100 federal road, Danbury CT. I had called the establishment to let them know i was hearing a clicking sound on the rear passenger side of my car, I was concerned it may be something loose, maybe even my e-brake. I’m no mechanic so I made an appointment to have them check my car. I made the appointment for Wednesday October 17 for 10 AM! My first complain is when I go to drop the car off they tell me I had to pay for my loaner because I didn’t specify that it was a drop off and I needed alternative transportation. Had I known that information prior to my arrival I would have made the proper arrangements. I get my loaner and that Wednesday afternoon I receive a call stating there is nothing wrong with my car. I proceed to tell them they have to drive my car around the block to hear what I’m hearing because it’s a very obvious sound, there’s no way no one couldn’t hear that annoying clicking sound. They told me they drove it at a low speed and didn’t hear it, they also said they drove it out in the parking lot and they said the same thing, no sound. I told them they have to try to drive it around the block to be able to hear the obvious noise and they tell me ‘ok we will inform you’. All day Wednesday passed and i hear nothing from them. Now it’s Thursday 1 PM Oct 18th and I call to check on an update after waiting over 24 hours to hear from someone. No one even had the decency to give me an update about my car. On the phone they tell me, yet again they couldn’t diagnose the problem. I asked if someone can drive with me in the car so i can pinpoint it for them and they said ok. When i arrive they tell me that unfortunately no one can drive with me because everyone had already left at 4:30 pm. I tell them ok and proceed to get in my car and drive off. Not even 6 minutes into driving what do i hear?? The loud clicking noise. I was so upset that I turned back around and complained about how it’s impossible they didn’t hear a sound! I believe they NEVER drove my car to begin with! They have the audacity to charge me $70 for labor to do absolutely NOTHING! They did nothing to try to help me even after my frustration! I decided to take my car to another Jeep/Dodge center and they tell me they are familiar with the sound. How is it that the establishment in Danbury doesn’t hear anything yet the other establishment i took it to diagnosed the problem IMMEDIATELY!! If you want terrible service and incompetence I recommend you come here and waste your time and money!!!! What a waste of a day off and my time! More
Regular oil change and filter, etc. I liked that I could make an appointment online. Picked the services I needed. Easy, peasy! Dropped car and got the call 2 hours later. service review When I brought my Jeep in for an oil change my Service Advisor was Sal Sinardi. He was very pleasant to work with. RELIABLE I have bought a Dodge Dakota pickup truck and then a Jeep Wrangler here and had them both serviced here exclusively (except the occasional oil chang I have bought a Dodge Dakota pickup truck and then a Jeep Wrangler here and had them both serviced here exclusively (except the occasional oil change). Why? Because they do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and at the price they say it will cost. And the work done is what is needed and not more (or less) , and they will say when something can wait but will need attention within a certain timeframe. I am not a dummy , I pay attention to my vehicle, and when they have said something like, we noticed the oil pan is just starting to leak and will need a new seal , I already know that. And they said, it can wait. Honest, no crap. So I am sticking with them. More

A lesson on poor communication....**UPDATE** 09/15/18 This place is the absolute worst experience to date. Starting off with their stellar lack of communication when it comes to the state of your vehicle This place is the absolute worst experience to date. Starting off with their stellar lack of communication when it comes to the state of your vehicle. Being told " I will call you before I leave for the day," and then having to call the next morning at 9:30 to be told your vehicle is not done and on its way back like I was told the night before. I was told I needed to drop my truck off for a few days to have a door hinge replaced because it needed to be painted. I am not sure why they cant just paint the hinge using the color code for the truck, but I said fine because they would put me in a car. I drive the 45 minutes to drop my truck off to ask if I am waiting because Enterprise doesn't have any cars and that I would have to wait at least an hour to get a car. This was a Tuesday morning and saying Enterprise is out of cars is the equivalent of telling me the ocean is out of water. At that point I asked why didn't I get a phone call so I didn't waste my time driving there. Goes back to that poor communication. The lady had no response except a shoulder shrug and a pretty fake " I am sorry" followed by a condescending "what would you like me to do for you." At that point I figured the service manager should be handling this. They tell me they cant seem to find him and he's not answering his phone or pages. Again, goes back to communication. They finally get me to his office and I meet Clyde who is very apologetic and assures me he will take care of me. Puts me in a 2013 loaner with stains on the seat and high mileage, but its a car and I can go about my business. I accept that with the promise of I will get your truck back to fast, should be Thursday. I inform him that I will be traveling for work and leaving Tuesday morning and he assures me it will be done mush sooner than that. Thursday comes and goes and I call Clyde twice and leave a voicemail and never get a return call from Clyde. I end up calling the dealer to speak to the service advisor Yvonne who tells me its not done yet but she is going to try to get it done tomorrow which is Friday and she would call me about the same time, which was 3:30pm. Friday I call at 4:30 to be told that she is on the other line and will call me back. At 4:55 I finally call back to be placed on hold for over 7 minutes for Yvonne to finally tell me that she isn't sure where my truck is in the body shop and cant get a hold of anyone there. She is sending a guy up to see where it is and get it and that she would call me back before she left. No call later and no truck later Friday comes to an end. Saturday morning at 9:30 I finally call since it seems like I am not getting a call to update the status of my truck. Low and behold I get Sal, who was my original advisor who sat idly by on Tuesday when I dropped the truck off, but now was going to be helping me. He informs me that he is trying to get my truck finished today and he is sorry. The lack of communication and truth that I have seen from this service department is pitiful. I worked in the automotive industry for years and this is just unacceptable. I am sure since it was 3 small warranty items and an oil change and not a big customer pay job, that they feel justified in treating you this way. Bottom line is this is my second RAM 1500 and if I have to deal with service like this then I might just buy a Chevy next. ** UPDATE ** I was contacted by the service director after this review was made and he took it on personally to get my truck back in for service and was willing to accommodate me with his demo vehicle. He went on further to get my truck in before the date and get the new part installed and have me out of there within an hour. I am glad that he was able to get this done and go above and beyond in getting my issue handled. I was more than happy to update my review. I would recommend that all situations be handled with this level of service so it doesn't have to get to the point that it did. I will bring my truck back for service but will make sure to let Clyde know before hand. More
