I showed up on a Saturday to make an appointment, not expecting them to diagnose the trouble. I was surprised when they asked for my keys, pulled it into the garage and checked it out. They did not have the part in stock, understandable since its a 2019. Because they diagnosed the problem immediately it saved me time and an extra trip to the dealer for the repair. I usually bring the Fiat in every 3k-6k, as it is free (maintenance is very important to any owned asset)! The young lady who greeted me at the counter was extremely polite and friendly. I was in and out within 2 minutes, as I left the Fiat for the service and would be back, when the service was completed...best method! More
