We're sorry that you're unhappy with the Renegade. I looked in our systems, but was unable to find a sale under this name so I'm not sure what exactly was wrong with it, but any recurring issues should be addressed with Jeep customer service if you feel the vehicle is a, "lemon." As the manufacturer, Jeep covers all warranty issues. We're glad we were able to take care of the recall for you, and were happy to do so,, but, for future reference, you can have recalls completed at any certified Jeep dealer if you would prefer to not come here. If we can assist you with any paperwork if you apply to Jeep, please let us know.

William Kopp, Long history. Major electrical issues, replaced multiple modules, switches, amplifier, alternator and transmission. It was flashed so much it has brain damage! Told Clyde DeGray it was a lemon and he did nothing. Avoided my calls and emails. Told me to call Chrysler myself to see if they will extend that warranty, which they would not. I was in a rental car for a total of 16 weeks in 3 1/2 years before my warranty ran out. That’s excessive for a new car by any standard. I thought your mechanics were so awesome....how come they never truly figured out the issues, just groped around until it seemed fixed only to have the issue pop up again in a few weeks? Still have electrical issues with random things and with transmission. Needs a “flash” i suppose. Finally gave up and resigned myself to I made a bad decision for buying a new platform vehicle but worse decision for going to Danbury Jeep because they don’t stand behind their product or their customers.

I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, Jeep has sole discretion when it comes to extending warranties or vehicle replacement. The dealership is not able to provide warranty coverage ourselves. I did look over the file and Clyde did make every effort to enforce your claims. We apologize that it wasn't enough to sway Jeep to assist further.
