I arrived and was immediately greeted by Justin who took all my information and quickly got a price for filter changed on my 2013 Fiat Abarth. The Service dept is absolutely the worst. No communication at all. Don't drop your car off for a oil change and tire rotation because even if you have an appointment it may not get done and then communication at all. Well if there is a mechanic that isn't good enough to do a oil change and tire rotation ie brake fluid flush was on my list as well. Then maybe they shouldn't work there. Anyway this is not the 1st time but it seems like all the time so I guess I am to blame. This is the last time. I own my business and to have to lose 2 days of work to have simple procedures done is unacceptable and unprofessional. I wish I can tell a client oh a 1 day job is now going to be 2 at an hourly rate of $179 @ he. Absolutely the worst service dept out there!!! Sal was of no help didn't even call me to tell me he couldn't get the job done as I had to track him down after service dept was closed. Useless More
Nice waiting room--but it ended there. Service rep was very rude. My issue was NOT resolved. Issue with Android system.When I bought my jeep they told me all about their wonderful service dept. I called 3 times to discuss my unresolved issue and no one got back to me. I emailed twice. Finally after threatening to go to Jeep directly and picket--instant phone call. Woman discussed my issue in depth and said she would reach out to Jeep/Android because there had been software issues. It was Friday morning. She said she would call me back on Monday....TWO Mondays have now passed. Horrible. Just horrible. More
