When I arrived, I was not greeted by anyone. I went over to the service desk area - not even a look in my direction, while some advisors were on the phone others were just doing other duties at their desk. to the service desk area - not even a look in my direction, while some advisors were on the phone others were just doing other duties at their desk. I had to speak up to get someone to look up, then they sent me to the quick mopar counter. She greeted me once I was next in line. When My car was ready I did receive a text and a little while later the advisor came and told me, however I was on a work call so it took me a few minutes to get ready. When I went to my car it was running. It had most likely been running for 15 minutes when I first got the text - I had no idea. :( More

I would like to mention that I had brakes and rotors and oil change done and was even given a discount in the work but f an asset to your company.
