Do not use their services. I had an error message on my dashboard for my 2019 Durango that stated AWD needs service. Vehicle had 49, 800 miles. Went to Danbury Dodge and t I had an error message on my dashboard for my 2019 Durango that stated AWD needs service. Vehicle had 49, 800 miles. Went to Danbury Dodge and they diagnosed my vehicle needs a new transmission case, costing $4000+, plus they said I needed a new radiator and additional $1900. All which seemed suspect since I have less than 50k miles. After reviewing online that this is a known issue for Durangos, hundreds of reports, I purchased a new mopartransfer case control module for $175 Error messages are gone and further testing showed no issue with Transfer Case as they stated. Saved over $5000 by diagnosing problem myself on the internet as this is a fairly common issue with my year and make. More

I had a great experience with the service department. I had a problem where my Fiat would not start, finally managed to start it, then it would not shut off. Danbury CJDF was able to take my car in right I had a problem where my Fiat would not start, finally managed to start it, then it would not shut off. Danbury CJDF was able to take my car in right away. Peter had excellent customer service, kept me updated about my car, and was very helpful with getting payment arranged with my warranty. Tyler was my technician and he did a great job diagnosing and repairing my car, and also found a few other things wrong that they were able to repair for me, including the serpentine belt, a headlight, and they were even able to do a recall repair. I got my car back in just 2 days when I was fully expecting everything to take at least a week or so. I’m extremely happy and will come here for all future service. Thank you guys! More
