He wanted to know my husbands needs and wants to make sure he was getting the right truck. It wasn't about just making a sale. Alex was so personable and made the whole process easy and fun. We were shopping around and not looking to buy that day. However, he made it so the deal was irresistable. We told him what we were comfortable with and he made it happen. He worked so hard for us to make sure we were comfortable. The whole dealership was very eager to gain our business and they made it clear we were a priority. I have already recommended Alex to my father as I feel he would be making a mistake going anywhere else. I have NEVER had such a great experience buying a car before. We will be back for sure. We went to the dealership not intending to buy and asked for a salesman who would respect that. Ray was excellent. We took a Durango out for a test drive, and he answered every question we had and even some for a salesman who would respect that. Ray was excellent. We took a Durango out for a test drive, and he answered every question we had and even some we did not ask that were worthwhile to know. He was friendly and never once did the pressure sales routine. After the test drive, we asked him to run the numbers for us which he did and explained everything in detail. We discussed and agreed to buy. This was a Saturday at the dealership- a very busy Saturday and it took a long time to get the financing completed and the car ready. Ray kept us informed, and did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable. He literally spent hours with us and during all that time was super nice and took great care of us. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to make a purchase and would come back to him again. More

From my first phone call into the dealership, I was treated kind and with prompt responses. My salesman was Clint, and he had the Jeep Wrangler I was interested in pulled out and ready for a test driv treated kind and with prompt responses. We quickly saw the honesty and no-hassle personality of not only Clint, but the entire dealership. I was very satisfied with the negotiations to make the sale work and the quick turn around for picking up the vehicle. Clint was very flexible with my ever changing schedule and accommodated my pickup time without question. He spent close to an hour showing me all of the controls and navigation setup, vehicle operations and even set up the blue-tooth feature on my cellphone to ensure not only safety, but full use of all of the options that it came equipped with. I would recommend this dealership (and already have!) because of the quality, variety and availability of vehicles, but mostly because of the kind, patient dealer personnel, especially Clint. Clint continues to exceed my expectations by going the extra mile to make sure I am well taken care of when I take my jeep in for a service of any kind a year later. For example, renting me a car to make sure I made it to work on time when an oil change ran later than expected. Or today when I wanted to get my oil changed and interior cleaned, he set everything up to run smoothly and efficiently and concluded my visit with one last check in and a walk to my car to ensure satisfaction. He is a rare find in terms of someone who wants to ensure an overall exceptional Customer experience from not only himself but the dealership as a whole.
