Clint is very friendly, and straightforward. He helped me close my deal while he was rushing to get to his son's recital (piano, I think), which made a huge impression on me. He was not pushy at all and I liked that too. And then life got busy. About a month later I received a friendly call from Alex, letting me know the trade in deals Jeep had and that he would be very happy to work with me again. I returned because of Alex, and the fact that he puts customer relationships first. He does not push, he simply answers all your questions and looks out for what is best for you. More

I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot from Danbury Jeep and was fortunate enough to have worked with Alex Davydov. I was previously leasing a car that I went over the miles heavily and would have had Jeep and was fortunate enough to have worked with Alex Davydov. I was previously leasing a car that I went over the miles heavily and would have had to pay a small fortune to get out of the lease with the original dealer. Thankfully Alex was able to get me a great deal on my new truck which I love. I visited the showroom a few times over the course of a few days to speak with Alex about different pricing options, and to go over the differences between trim models, and Alex was extremely patient and knowledgable with all the questions that I presented him. Most of all he did not have the typical salesman attitude of rush/pressure the buyer into something they either dont want or cant afford. Unfortunately I wasnt able to swing the payments and Alex was completely understanding, and said that he would give me a call if the price came down into my price range, and that he did! I got a call from him later that day saying that he had talked with the manager and was able to get me more money on my trade in, bringing the monthly cost down to my price range. When I went back to go over everything, he was very straight forward, telling me what each cost or feature was for, making the whole process stress free, and enjoyable. On the day that I picked up my new truck, I noticed what appeared to be a paint scuff, but Alex jumped into action and grabbed a buffing rag and polish and got rid of the mark and really impressed me with his dedication, instead of telling me that I would have to bring it back and have it looked at. In a few months I will absolutely be visiting this dealer again to trade in my wifes car, and will without a doubt I know Alex will be the salesman that I deal with. Matt H. More

I told them the range in which I could afford and the interest I was willing to accept. I not only got a gorgeous looking vehicle, I also got it at the price I was willing to pay for a certified used vehicle along with bumper-to-bumper warranty for 7 years in addition to the 7-year power train warranty. On top of all this, they beat the interest rate I was willing to accept by 1 whole percent. Understandably the service area and main building are being renovated, the lot is a bit cramped and difficult to get in and out of; however, you won't regret visiting them as they're willing to work with you. So much so, my niece went down a couple of weeks later and got herself a brand new Grand Cherokee, fully loaded!! More

I purchased my Jeep a year ago from this dealership. Ray was an awesome salesman, the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recently I have had some leaks in the soft top of my Jeep. I brought it back to be fixed, a day after I got my Jeep back, it rained and I noticed the same leaks. I brought my Jeep back once again to be fixed and I was given a rental for almost a week until parts came in and it was supposedly fixed again. Days later it rains and once again I have the same leaks. I am not a Danbury resident. I live in Stamford Connecticut, which is about 35 miles away. It takes almost an hour to get to the dealership and another hour to return home. I am missing hours from work, putting mileage on my car and also wasting gas driving back and forth to keep getting serviced for the same problem. There isn't any compensation for any of this and it is very frustrating. My experience with this dealership has been top notch, until dealing with the service department not properly repairing my vehicle. All in all, I love the dealer and would recommend Ray to friends and family to purchase a new vehicle. Just not to get any repairs or service done. More
Hugely disappointed with the level of customer (dis)service received at Danbury Dodge. Our "salesman" Tony Manzi, was not upfront about a laundry list of potential issues with the Certified Pre-o (dis)service received at Danbury Dodge. Our "salesman" Tony Manzi, was not upfront about a laundry list of potential issues with the Certified Pre-owned vehicle we purchased that he was well aware of or made aware of. This experience was disappointing and upsetting. I will be vocal about this experience and steer anyone that I know of in the market for a vehicle away from this establishment. Additionally... There were a variety of inappropriate comments made by Tony toward my family member that were bordering harassment. They made us uncomfortable and he should reprimanded for his actions; regardless if he made them to be humorous or not. It is obvious that we will not be taking advantage of the every other free oil change and will be servicing our car at a reliable Jeep/Chrysler dealership, Pamby's. More
