We have purchased 4 vehicles from Danbury Chrysler Dodge Jeep Hyundai and everytime we have gone to see Roland Millman. We have also sent numerous friends and family to him as well. Roland is always eager to help out and get us the best deal possible. He is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He always asks about our son and the fact that he remembers means a great deal to my husband and I. Car shopping can be a nightmare, but at Danbury with Roland as your salesman it is a walk in the park. The entire staff at Danbury is always happy to help and everytime we step foot into the showroom, service or parts department we are always greeted with a smile and an "how can I help you attitude". After visiting many different dealerships, I found that Chrysler Jeep Dodge was the most helpful. The reason it was the most helpful is because of Ray Pacheco! He is what a true Customer Service individu Chrysler Jeep Dodge was the most helpful. The reason it was the most helpful is because of Ray Pacheco! He is what a true Customer Service individual should be. I work in Customer Service and it's great to see that there is someone out there that truly cares about his job but more so about the customers and making them happy! I found the car I ended up buying on the dealership's website. I called and Fred was very helpful over the phone and made sure the car would be there for me to look at by the time I could get there (I li website. I was very pleased to say that Luiz the sales rep and Carlos the finance manager from Danbury Chrysler Jeep and Dodge went out of their way to accommodate me in getting the best price possible. As a 7 ti Carlos the finance manager from Danbury Chrysler Jeep and Dodge went out of their way to accommodate me in getting the best price possible. As a 7 time jeep owner I needed a place that I can go to and be loyal to and these guys made me feel comfortable enough to say I have now found my go to dealership. I recently was given a buy back from Chrysler. I had a 2010 Jeep Patriot which had water leakage which the service department could not fix. Paul in the service department was instrumental in getting this buy back for me. Paul recommended working with Roland in sales. From Day 1, Roland was informative, courteous, and friendly. It was a long process but am happy I worked with Roland at Danbury Dodge. I would highly recommend seeing Roland if you need a new car. If you have service needs Paul (manager) will gladly help you like he did for me. So far I am happy with my 2011 Patriot. More
