It wasn't exactly what I wanted, so Yonatan very helpfully found us a few other cars that were in my price range. I fell in love with one of them and after taking it for a spin I sat down with Yonatan and found him to be open and honest when finally arriving at a negotiated price that left both of us happy. I am very happy with how everything was handled, I had not expected to find and buy a car in the same day - but when you are helped by a knowledgeable and friendly person, it's easy to get things done! I've had the car for a couple weeks now and it has been excellent in every way. More

Poorest Service Stopped in to review a fairly new pre-owned truck they had posted online to only notice the entire truck had been painted.When mentioning the paint si Stopped in to review a fairly new pre-owned truck they had posted online to only notice the entire truck had been painted.When mentioning the paint situation they tried to tell me it had not been painted.I was told it was wax from the compound!Being in auto body for over 20 years i offered to show Carlos & Manuel whom was obviously following Carlos's lead to come outside so i may show them the difference.I was then told rudely by Carlos"well we did not paint it,it must have come in that way"After the lie of the paint i chose to walk out.I would never refer a dealer whom is not honest with there customers.The auto retail competition is too great to settle for nonsense. Harry Shah - Jeep Compass 2016 Lease Review A few weeks before my purchase, I visited Subaru for one of their vehicles and although I really liked the car, the sales representative was awful. H A few weeks before my purchase, I visited Subaru for one of their vehicles and although I really liked the car, the sales representative was awful. He treated me like I didn't know what was going on and that I was wasting his time. I reached out to Milford Jeep in which the sales representative was great but the car he was offering me for the price wasn't up to par. I went to Danbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge last minute on my way home. I was immediately greeted by Harry in which they were not busy and I did not wait at all. He listened to what I had to say, what I wanted, what I could afford, and then found the Jeep Compass 2016 that I wanted. It had awesome features and working with Harry, we were able to get a great deal settled on. He knew the car very well and showed me everything possible. I didn't feel like he was trying to scam me and this being my first time making a "big girl" purchase as such, he made me very comfortable about the deal and ensured to explain everything.
