Friendly and accommodating with loaner-Ed did a nice job. In general however, this service was for recalls-3 on the same car. So basically I was inconvenienced by having to do this and Jeep should be giving In general however, this service was for recalls-3 on the same car. In addition, I was told that I needed a lot of maintenance done on my leased car and I can't shake the feeling that I was "upsold" as I ended up spending $500 when just bringing my car in for recall fixes. John made the process much easier as he has a great demeanor and is NOT pushy ... understanding what your going through and Helping you work through it ... he provides insights that other buyer have had and leaves it up to you to consider them ... giving you time to back out if you want! At the end I Know we made the right decision and will not be looking over our shoulder questioning our decision thanks to John and his support and patience throughout the process.
