Matt A The world class service and professionalism experienced at Danbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge is unparalleled. Our sales team consisted of 3 people... Matt Almeida, Michael McBride & Manny Bravo. We are serious when we say each one played a role in the purchase of our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Matt was our initial contact (assisted us in a snow storm and stayed beyond hours instead of heading out), which led us to return to the dealer the following week... where we met Michael McBride (Matt was not working that particular evening). Michael warmly greeted us and treated us as good as anyone could possibly treat someone (for Michael this was clearly not making a commission, he truly had our best interest at heart), of course we arrived later in the day and we test drove a couple models with Michael and he walked us around the lot afterwards helping identify what we really wanted. Once we made a decision, after several hours of test drives, etc. we finally sat down to discuss numbers... that's where Manny Bravo enters the picture. Manny & Michael sat with us to negotiate our sale, we sent Manny back and forth probably half a dozen times to the sales manager before finally agreeing on a "GREAT PRICE"!!! In all honesty, we felt like we got a magnificent vehicle for a magnificent price and that the dealership made us feel like they had a magnificent experience with us... truly a unique experience in the car buying world. When we arrived back at the dealership to take delivery, Matt who started the journey with us fittingly concluded it with us. Matt walked us through every inch of the vehicle including hooking up our phones, setting the uconnect 8.4 system all without any sense of being rushed. Right from the beginning when Matt asked if we needed help on a snowy day to the very end and every moment in between with Michael & Manny the service we received was unquestionably the best ever! We almost purchased another vehicle when we took delivery (we were ready to trade in our brand new 2016 Honda CR-V) that's how amazing our experience and the Jeep was. Nickel and dime outfit I have the extended warrenty so I have my oil changed regularly. I have to plan well in advance when I need an oil change and hope it will still be convenient for me once the day comes because the schedule is so inconvenient for working folk who don't work in the area . Minimum 1 1/2 hours do an oil change and very basic systems check, tire rotation is $30 extra. Really? Should be included. No air freshener, no car wash, nothing but an overpriced estimate on needed repairs. I had all four of my brakes done with superior parts for abit more then what they offered for 2. They offered two tires for almost $400, I purchased 4 excellent, high rated tires with 4 wheel drive ailment down the street for $560 which includes free tire rotation every 5000 miles and free lifetime tire repair. Once my service warrenty is done, you will never see me again because it's simple not worth my time or hard earned money to tolerate lack luster service. More
