We had thought that replacing the battery would fix the issue, which is the much less costly repair. The sarcastic tone of this response just goes to show the immaturity and lack of responsibility this dealership has to damages THEY cause. First off, the mechanic was not hurt. Secondly, it would be Dodge's responsibility to check the safety of their equipment so this does not happen. Clearly the concern for your employees is lacking. Also, why would you be dealing with my insurance because the fault of this accident is clearly only Dodges. Consumers need to be aware that if you bring your new car in for repairs at Dodge and they total it, they are not going to give you replacement value for your car. I would definitely think before having your car serviced at Danbury Dodge. If you can't trust a company to do the right thing in a situation that was completely their fault, how can you trust them in any situation. I am sure no one would want this to happen to their family.
