You go on and they will not acknowledge you till yu actually ask.. you are invisible. My car after being there came bck home , got overheated I the middle of the night and when we look was missing the cooling cap. THANK YOU!for so in responsible,then they cover up the mess at the place calling me basically a lyar an that was hallucinating that the cap was there when the car arrived, and there was nothing wrong with the car. Obviously if there's nothing going wrong with the car I wouldn't not take in it in.AND THE EN AFTER 2 DAY THEY DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE ME any paper wrk. obviously something was cooking in there. . 2014 RAM Brake Job The mileage on my 2013 RAM had reached 47000 miles and I was concerned about the brake wear so I contacted the dealer to evaluate the condition of the The mileage on my 2013 RAM had reached 47000 miles and I was concerned about the brake wear so I contacted the dealer to evaluate the condition of the brakes. An appointment was made and the truck dropped off. The analysis reveled that brake pads were significantly worn and the rotors were "rusted". Being a person familiar with replacing brakes, there was no mention of perhaps resurfacing the rotors rather than replacement. I authorized the replacement of the pads and rotors. The work was completed relatively quickly. I was a little surprised that they also replaced all the brake fluid, I didn't authorize that. I am satisfied with the job and the truck has retained like-new braking ability. As a retired person though I may consider replacing my brakes myself the next time it"s needed due to the high cost and possibly not a need to replace the rotors. More

The experience here is unacceptable as the simple task of transferring plates from one car Thankfully these folks don't build the vehicles they sell. The experience here is unacceptable as the simple task of transferring plates from one car to another by people who do this for a living can be so messed up. The dealer was called 18 days after purchase about where the DMV papers were and nothing had been done yet. The employee was rude besides being incompetent. The wrong state was payed the sales tax and the DMV now wants 160.00 for a fine imposed due to the time lapsed before any transfer took place. When the transfer finally did come through we found that the jeep didn't even have brackets or hardware to mount the plates. The General Manager JB was called and informed , not only did he refuse to take ownership for the mistakes made, he never sent the missing parts to mount plates. The salesman John obviously is too busy to return calls and the general feeling received from all is AFTER THE SALE YOU DON'T MATTER!!!! Thanks to the Danbury team for the lesson that cheaper is not better!!!! More

He explained the vehicle and the different packages knowledgeably in a friendly non-pushy manner. Carlos, the financing person also put me at ease. Good Service I have only used this dealer for service and it has always been exceptional. The prices are reasonable and the quality of service was great. My last I have only used this dealer for service and it has always been exceptional. The prices are reasonable and the quality of service was great. My last service didn't go as smoothly as usual. I had to wait 2 extra hours to pick up my vehicle, there was a price discrepancy and I noticed one of the lug nuts on the wheel they just rotated was only hand tightened. I found this very disappointing providing they had my trust. I emailed the service director with my concerns and he immediately apologized and gave me a voucher for future service. This does not excuse the issues I had but at least he acknowledged them and attempted to rectify the situation. I will give them a second chance by using them in the future. More

Manny, our salesman was fantastic. Great dealership. Wonderful staff. We were met immediately and shown trucks that were ready to go on a lease for the Dodge Ram Quad. We ended up Great dealership.
