We are very sorry for the extremely poor communication from all of our staff. There is no excuse for it. We have a pretty specific policy and I'm not sure why it wasn't explained to you. Because our goal is to sell our inventory as quickly as possible, we try not to take deposits on vehicles but, when we do, we only offer a 24-hour hold. We try to be fair and sell vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, it is just not possible for us to contact customers if someone else shows interest in a vehicle--even when there is an appointment made. Vinny should have explained this to you so that you could decide if you wanted to come in sooner. At the very least, he should have clearly let you know that the vehicle could be sold at any time. We appreciate your bringing this to our attention because, obviously, we need to review the policies with everyone and make sure the entire team is explaining them clearly so we avoid this type of disappointment in the future. We are sorry that we made this such a bad experience for you and hope you are able to find what you need soon.
