I called Danbury Jeep Chrysler and they quickly located a service time for me. They identified the problem quickly, letting me know what they found, as well as another problem I didn't know existed yet. The problem was corrected and the vehicle returned in short order. The work that Tom and the service crew did was excellent. My Jeep is as good as new. Thank you. More

Buyers beware. Go somewhere else I wish I could give a negative amount of stars but I can't, so therefore I'm forced to give this dealership zero stars. I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Chero I wish I could give a negative amount of stars but I can't, so therefore I'm forced to give this dealership zero stars. I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased brand new from here in November of 2017. Currently I have approximately 29k miles and as of today 01/22/2019 it's been 52 days since it was towed here because of transmission issues and not being able to put gas in it. From day one this has been a nightmare after I waited 6 hours for a tow from Jeep emergency roadside. The service department is by far the worst that I have ever experienced. Good luck trying to get through to them because they never pick up. Leave a voicemail and you probably won't get a phone call back for 5 plus hours if your lucky. Ive been ghosted by everyone. Service writer, service manager and even the owner of the dealership. Also I was hung up from a case manager at Jeep headquarters that I filed a claim with when I asked to speak with his supervisor . I've been lied to about the parts being installed in my Jeep. I was told all these parts were ordered and being installed and they are not on my work order. I attempted twice picking up my Jeep and had to immediately bring it back within 20 minutes. The first time I was still unable to put gas in it and a check engine light came on the second attempt picking it up which was probably caused by whatever work they did. Finally when my Jeep was ready for pickup they call me and say that my windshield is cracked due to "extreme cold weather" and they wanted to install some aftermarket windshield which I denied. Now I've been told approximately 2 more weeks for this windshield to come in. All this dealership cares about is selling vehicles. You are forgotten about once you sign that contract. More
