Needed new motor. Engine problem diagnosed and a replacement motor was needed. Danbury Jeep was very accommodating with my schedule and had me in a rental (Wrangler Sah Engine problem diagnosed and a replacement motor was needed. I told him I had been two 2 different dealerships thus far in perso When I arrived, Vinny started by asking me where I was in the car buying process. I told him I had been two 2 different dealerships thus far in person, and wouldn't be returning to either of them. The first one had a salesperson with miserable communication skills, and at the 2nd, I felt very pressured, even though I made it clear I was only gathering information. I also explained to Vinny that I didn't NEED a car; my current vehicle was 10 years old, had less than 100,000 miles on it, and was running great. I really was on the fence about whether I should spring for a new vehicle at this time. I had expressed interest in a particular vehicle, but it was already sold when I got there. I test drove a nearly identical vehicle, but really didn't care for the color. A 3rd vehicle (different model) caught my eye on the showroom floor. Vinny shifted gears (no pun intended) and answered all my questions about this new vehicle. He ultimately offered me a great deal, and I went home with a new car. Throughout the process, Vinny was very low key, as was Carlos, the finance person. They asked me what I wanted, and offered me options without trying to force them on me. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Vinny when you're searching for a new vehicle. More
