I was told that my vehicle need the recall work done because the car was unsafe to drive, The service rep. Maureen Tucci, set me up with a loaner car Lincoln mks , the same as my vehicle, and off I went. She told me that it may take a few days for the part to come in, and she would call me and update me. As it turned out the vehicle was ready early, she called me right away to let me know. I told her that I would pick it up early the next morning, I arrived at 7am , she explained all of the work that was done the paperwork was ready and the car was washed. Maureen is a very pleasant, and knowledgeable person and is a pleasure to work with. More
