When I got There I was told they did not Have the part. Not available yet. BUT I received a letter saying parts are available. Are the parts available or not. That is the question. It's a Recall brake problem which I think is very important. I am not happy that the Recall Did not get fixed... Also have a Recall on my Lincoln MKX again. Airbag again. PLEASE LETS GET THE PARTS AND GET THIS FIXED ASAP... Thank you J J Benedetto More

Mike my service advisor was excellent. My vehicle was in for recalls and he explained everything that needed to be completed. He provided me a truthful explanation for the time required to complete and upda for recalls and he explained everything that needed to be completed. He provided me a truthful explanation for the time required to complete and updated me on parts delivery as well as when the labor was done. Even though the vehicle was there allitle longer than anticipated he was always accurate and honest in regards to the completion of work. He is a true asset to Dana More
