She told me that the tire needed to be ordered and would be in by 1 and she would call me when it came in so thsti could what happened with my tire. When I purchased my new 2021 Aviator there were minor repairs and scratches that Dana agreed to repair. A few weeks later I scheduled to have repairs made. Truck came back with a damaged rim. Made anothe repairs and scratches that Dana agreed to repair. A few weeks later I scheduled to have repairs made. Truck came back with a damaged rim. Made another appointment to fix that repair. Now rim looks worse than before. Been waiting now since 6/16. No callbacks, no return calls. I even contacted Lincoln concierge and they have been unable to get a return call. I am very dissapointed at the service provided to this loyal Lincoln owner. More
