Zero Customer Care in 2017 Service Department scheduled a service that I paid to have done for the life of the vehicle. Hence, they already have their money. Now, when I get a c Service Department scheduled a service that I paid to have done for the life of the vehicle. Hence, they already have their money. Now, when I get a confirmed appointment that the service will be done, it's a problem. Dropped my car off at 8am to have the service done. Got a phone call at 130pm that they will not be able to complete the service. Mind you, the appt was made over a week ago and I also called to confirm the service would be done before I arrived... I am sooo done with this company. This is not the first time this has happened. This is why I always call to confirm, and still I got no customer service. Again, this is not a service I have to pay for any longer. I paid for it when I purchased the vehicle. So they are showing me that they don't care about me getting the service I deserve. They have their money already... And their favorite line is, "well there's nothing I can do".... Really? More

WHAT IS THE BAD PART OTHER THAN THEM STEALING IS THE FACT THAT IT WAS HIDDEN AND THEY SNOOPED TO FIND IT. I DO NOT PLAN ON TAKING MY CAR BACK THERE TO GET SERVICED AGAIN!!!!!!!!! More

Expert service was received, from beginning to end. Ten years ago, I was in for a repair for a used car I purchased from Vaden. I felt uncomfortable, service was slow, & turned me off of this company. Ten years ago, I was in for a repair for a used car I purchased from Vaden. I needed to leave my vehicle overnight, & was allowed a loaner car. The next day I then received a call that my vehicle was repaired & ready for pick-up. It's employees like her that give Vaden the solid name it has! As an Added note I bought my enclave sight unseen from your Beaufort dealership. Note: nobody in their right mind makes a $26.000 purchase on the internet. I simply said, " bring it to the house, If I like it I will write a check on the spot! As a well educated aircraft and automotive mechanic, my confidence and past association with the Vaden name was all I needed to give me the confidence to make the purchase!! Obviously, both the purchase in Beaufort and the service in Savannah have been superb!! More
