bad but a lady there reconcilled I actually had a bad experience. I was left at Target and was told it would be about an hour. 3 hrs later...no one has called to update me or pick me I actually had a bad experience. My husband got off work to take me to the dealership so I wouldn't be late to pick up our children from school.
