Totally understand now why Brunswick location has a 1.3 rating. Stay away!! My and I came to purchase a 2019 Suburban that my husband had been taking with Tyler and Angie about for 2 days. They settled on rating. Stay away!! My and I came to purchase a 2019 Suburban that my husband had been taking with Tyler and Angie about for 2 days. They settled on a price and we were prepared to purchase the Suburban. My husband told Tyler we will be there before lunch to get the vehicle. When we arrived at the Brunswick location, we were told Tyler was off. So we talked with another salesman and he couldn’t locate the vehicle. Finally, he finds out the vehicle wasn’t there, that’s it was in Fernandina FL. So when my husband was talking with Tyler about the Suburban it wasn’t even on the property. We drove 2.5 hours one way to purchase the vehicle. Can you tell me what kind of operation is that? This is a xxxxty operation, so if you happen to use Dan Vaden Brunswick be prepared to be xxxx upon!!! More
Treated my wife and me dishonestly when we agreed upon the purchase of a specific Chevrolet Truck, identified by serial number, VIN on the sales document and upon our deposit check. They attempted to subs the purchase of a specific Chevrolet Truck, identified by serial number, VIN on the sales document and upon our deposit check. They attempted to substitute a different truck without the same equipment. We demanded the return of our deposit after the deceit. I wrote the CEO of the owner corporation with copies to General Motors and to the Georgia Consumer Protection Division of the office of the Attorney General. I received a threatening call today from a man who Identified himself as General Manager. He told that I had better never write another complaint about Vaden and ordered never to go upon Vaden Chevrolet Property again. More

Jonas Whitfield, the general sales manager and his superiors are the stereot smoke & mirrors and unfulfilled promises that Dan Vaden Chevrolet makes. Jonas Whitfield, the general sales manager and his superiors are the stereotypical liars that you expect at a car dealership. I gave Jonas the benefit of the doubt more than once and he continued to not come through on his promises some in writing some not, either way the results were the same. Don’t waste your time or your money going to this dealership. The management doesn’t get held to any acceptable standard that you would want to do business with. I could elaborate extensively with the emails, messages, paperwork etc. that they were clearly in the wrong, but it's easier just to let the public know to avoid them. More

Beware of Service Traveled three hours to this dealer to look at a used, hard to find luxury car. Opened the trunk and found the spare tire almost floating in water. S Traveled three hours to this dealer to look at a used, hard to find luxury car. Opened the trunk and found the spare tire almost floating in water. Service manager stated it was a known issue with car model - faulty tail light seal. Deal was to replace seal, replace carpet and deliver to us. During the 9 day wait for delivery received a phone call that seal was installed and they were doing a water test with a person inside the trunk. Received another call that new carpet was being installed. Upon delivery did my our water test, water still coming into the trunk and discovered carpet was cleaned, not replaced. Could have driven 3 hours back to dealer, but decided to You Tube the issue. Got in the trunk and had water sprayed and found the issue was one nut missing from a screw behind the carpet in the trunk/quarter panel area. Bought a nut, installed it, TA DA no more water leaking. Now, ask yourself, what kind of water test could they have done. I tend to believe it wasn't done because someone laying in the trunk could NOT have missed what I saw. More
