After I filed a written complaint with the CEO of Vaden Chevrolet, to General Motors Chevrolet division and to the consumer protection division of the Office the Attorney General of Georgia, I received an abusive and threatening telephone from the General Manager telling me “that I had better not write another complaint letter if I knew what was good for me. The call was taken on my speaker phone so everyone in the room heard the threats. I then wrote a second letter to the the CEO of Vaden Chevrolet regarding the threatening call from General Manager Brent Johnson on August 29, 2020. In response to my second letter to the CEO, I received, via certified mail, a courteous letter of apology.

It was very misleading. The car was advertised for 16500. I have perfect credit . There was no reason why I shouldn't have qualified . When you advertise a price you should honor what you have advertised.
