Dan Vaden Chevrolet Brunswick

I purchased a 2022 Silverado. I was told it was on site at the store. After completing the sale, and signing all of the forms, including an odometer disclosure form that stated th I was told it was on site at the store. I was then told that my new truck was not there, it was in transit from another dealership. A week later I picked up my new truck and found that it had 240 miles on the odometer! AMENDED Jonah Johnson reached out to me to make amends for the dealerships shortcomings. He offered 4 free oil changes (to be preformed at the dealership which is 1.5 hours from my home.) Worst Dealership ever. The sales person was so Shady which his name was Markus. We agree on an certain price on the car that I purchased from dan Baden coming up with the contract to be signed it was to which his name was Markus. Typical car dealership. I had been searching for an Equinox in Jacksonville FL where I live. None were available, however Dan Vaden had one almost identical to what I wanted. Since it is only an hour away I called and made an appointment and told them I would be there in an hour and a half. When I arrived the salesman told me the car was out on a test drive which upset me. I suspected this was a ploy. Sure enough it was. After I made it known how upset I was the car magically appeared with only 7 miles on the odometer. The whole purchase process was the typical dance routine. I was trading in and paying cash for the difference. The whole closing process was slow. Since I live in Florida the tag transfer is a little different, but was assured that it would only take 7-10 days. Today 8-2 I called to check and was told they had not even started the paperwork. It would be late this month or early next month. Nothing this dealership has told me has been true. More
