I purchased a used car from them at the end of August. I was told that a sensor issue had been found but it would be fixed by them when I bought the vehicle. After the sale I was told that they could not I was told that a sensor issue had been found but it would be fixed by them when I bought the vehicle. After the sale I was told that they could not fix the sensor and I would have to take it to a Mini Cooper dealership to get it fixed and that they would schedule and give me a loaner while that happened. I never received a call and contacted my sales guy two weeks after getting the car to say that I would make the appointment myself. I took the car down to Jax and kept in communication as best I could with the slow responses from their team. The car has now been at the other dealership and taken apart for going on 6 weeks now. My sales guy would never give me a clear answer and when I asked to speak with someone else they were "in a Cadillac meeting" for FIVE DAYS. On top of the sensor issue the other dealership also found an oil leak that Dan Vaden's "inspection" missed. How does a dealership miss an oil leak? I have been passed around that dealership (spoken with 4-5 different people), ignored entirely, and had several people "forget" about me. I purchased in town because I did not have time to drive to Jax. Had to do that anyway. I have no loaner from them (like I was promised) and have been borrowing my MIL's mini van or riding with my husband. This entire experience has been a nightmare. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! More

All was good when we were buying the vehicle but when we got home we had a couple more questions. My check engine light was on, so I called Donna Dale in the service department who once again took very good care of me. I took my car in the next morning. I did not have to wait. I waited in the nice waiting area a little while. They discovered the problem, fixed and told me that there was no charge because GM was covering the repair. (They replaced the purge valve). I could not have been any happier! More
