I saw a certified pre own Cadillac online with a list price of $33,900. To purchase the car online including tax, tag registration and document fee was a total of $37,343.13 cash price. I choose not to purchase the car unseen and instead opted to test drive and purchase the car in person. Because I refused to finance thru Dan Vaden dealership and instead choose to use my credit union check. I was up charged a fee of $1897 for reconditioning bringing the total base price of the car to $35797 with an out the door price of $39236.01. The car was washed but was not fully fuel with gas, the oil read at 76%, the air filter read at 15% and the tire pressure read uneven measurements for each tire along with several chips in the paint. The $1897 reconditioned fee is a duplicitous charge. The sales rep Marcus was very rude and is self described “often seen as belligerent and rude but I don’t care cause I’m a realist” and told me I could feel how it want to feel about it, it doesn’t make any difference to him. He told me the finance team did not want to sell me the car at the internet price because the dealer would be taking a loss and the $1897 reconditioning fee is an up charge to everyone whether they like it or not. It allows the dealer to closely align to their true selling price that they want ignoring the internet price. He also refused service mid deal and didn’t show me anything about the car beyond how to park, reverse and drive. I had a terrible experience and upon returning my rental to the airport, in general conversation mentioned I had just purchased a car at that dealership. Both the police officer I was speaking with and the airport employee recounted their own horror stories of purchasing cars at Dan Vaden dealership. Both said they would never recommend anyone to Dan Vaden dealership. I too would not recommend anyone to purchase a car at the dealership they do not honor their total cash price as seen online, and the sales rep I had was terrible. More
Had a great experience with my last purchase at Dan Vaden. Working with salesmen Tyler Mitchell was different than interactions with dealerships in the past.. He focused on me and my family rather than Vaden. Working with salesmen Tyler Mitchell was different than interactions with dealerships in the past.. I purchase a new XT6 via online and got the best deal possible. Pick-up the car, it was dirty and missing the owners manual. They stated i be send one through the mail, still today i haven't receive it. possible. Pick-up the car, it was dirty and missing the owners manual. Worst dealership i've been to. I suggest you aviod this place and take your business somewhere else. More
If I could give this dealership negative stars that would be too much. I brought my Cadillac in for service, and was told they had no loaner. FOUR phone calls later, to include one to the Service manager over a three week period, I still don't have an appointment on a WARRANTY item. No one returns calls, no one does anything to assist and this dealership is a joke. I would avoid this place at all costs. More

Not only do they not keep their appointments, but for an oil change my car has sat at their dealership now for a day and a half and will not be ready until the end of the day making it 2 days for an oil change and AC check. Virtually no communication or status calls from the management. No loaner cars. And no updates. Very unsatisfactory More
