Just warning anyone and everyone to take vehicle repairs elsewhere. The lady at the check-in is very rude, she thinks she knows everything, but knows absolutely nothing. She will say one thing and then do t elsewhere. The lady at the check-in is very rude, she thinks she knows everything, but knows absolutely nothing. She will say one thing and then do the other. They will always quote you low just to get you in the door. This is a big no no for repair shops. You will leave there paying three times the quote price guaranteed. I gave this repair shop three strikes, three separate times and they missed badly all three times. Please before taking here do your homework! More
Highly recommend Dan Porter Motors for your next vehicle or service work. Very professional staff from sales, finance and Dan Porter himself. This dealer puts in garbage parts and has garbage service! Look out for Preston and Jeremiah , they will be in your top five for worst service for sure! Do not believe a word! More

Terrible dealer! This dealer sells junk (used car anyway) and doesn't stand behind the vehicles they sell unless you get nasty with them. The service techs are clearly clueless as well, misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis, trying to pick up a "fixed" car to find it doing exactly what it was there to be fixed! Do yourself a favor and deal with ANY other dealer! The service writers were friendly and seemed to do they're job! More

I drove 90 miles from Glendive MT because it's hard to get routine service here in town. I like Toyota and have had good service from other dealerships. I spent the time, gas, money to go this far because I trust the brand and service at other dealerships. I came early for my appointment and waited over 2 hours before checking on my car. Come to find out I was forgotten about and no one initially knew what I was there for. Then they found my ticket, left by the service manager back in his office. They got my car done, but, they just wanted to get rid of me. I instantly demanded to see a manager as it was not the girls fault. He just excused it based on the computers and didn't seem to register the time I was there. I posted my review on their Facebook feed and their sales manager said he felt attacked when he called. I was honest about the epic fail on their part. I didn't have time to talk to anyone else as I had to drive 90 minutes to get home. Plus with the Luke warm response from the service manager, I didn't think I would get any further response from anyone else. The sales manager would not give me another oil change to get back in the door. Again cause he felt attacked and went on about how them giving me a free oil change this time was something epic. That was par for the course and basement floor for what happened. It was not sufficient to compensate me for my lost time and travel to come to a professional Toyota dealership to have service done right. They cost more and I have to drive more to get it done there. I will just go to the local shop here next time. More
I was very excited to shop at this dealer. They had come very highly recommended to me by a long time family friend. I live 100 miles away from the dealership, so I did most of the shopping online and over very highly recommended to me by a long time family friend. The salesman I talked to on the phone quoted me a price for the vehicle which I was happy with and fit into my budget. When I drove the 100 miles to the store to test drive the vehicle, I liked it and decided to buy. At this point, the salesman increased the price by $500 which took the vehicle out of my budget. They wouldn't come back down to the original quote and I had to drive 100 miles home without purchasing the vehicle. Anyone considering this dealership should get all quotes in writing and signed and be wary of quotes given over the phone. More
