Very over priced on service! Moved up here from NC & the service cost me twice as much as it would of in NC. After I selected the car I wanted online, I was contacted by Steve and he got the ball rolling. I was able to submit my paperwork online and when the car arrived, I was notified and made the appointment to g by Steve and he got the ball rolling. Nick in finance had everything in order and explained the add on costs, strictly optional, for maintenance and wear and tear. I opted in so that driving the car would be carefree. Steve showed me a few things I wasn't aware of, although the features had been available in the trade in. He set up the phone Bluetooth for me and let me know how to adjust the height of the seat and the position of the steering column for maximum comfort. This is my third lease with Dan Perkins and I'm sure it won't be my last. They have an excellent service department which I will use for routine maintenance. All in all, this is probably the best car dealership I have ever encountered. More
