Unsatisfactory visit - had lost heat and was told I needed a new part costing $500 with labor, but when I had Dave (I believe) fix my blue tooth connection, the heater started to work. I have been going to Dan Perkins Service for the past 2+ years with my 2003 Baja and received excellent service everytime. Necessary repairs are explained and I am made aware of the cost before the work is started. Because of this my wife recently purchased a 2019 Forester which will be serviced there. Also my daughter now takes her 2011 Legacy for service. I worked closely with service advisor Dave Ortiz particularly with keeping my Baja running. He is good at what he does and is always extremely helpful. While repairs on older vehicles can be costly, Dave has always provided me with options to consider. Thanks, Dave.
