The routine service is and has always been fine. The last visit however was not satisfactory. I asked to look at a window that was going up slowly and was told that the fix was $800 for a new moto The last visit however was not satisfactory. I asked to look at a window that was going up slowly and was told that the fix was $800 for a new motor. I went home and cleaned the track with silicone to fix it. I mentioned a radio volumn issue and was told I need a new radio. I blew compressed air in to the volume button and fix it I asked about the windshield washer jet that was streaming solution off to the side and over the roof and was told is designed to do that and has always been the case. I've got over 100000 on the car and can assure you that this is a new issue and am insulted to be told I just must not have noticed it in the past. More
They got me in fast to duplicate a key, but 500 dollars and 2 hours to make a key, wow, can’t subaru make a less expensive key solution? 3 hours! !! - a 1 P.M.appointment for a simple basic inspection - oil changes, tire rotation, etc.- and I sat there until 4P.M. A good 6 customers came in long after me and were finished and left well before me. In all the 30ish years I've had Subarus, this was just terrible upsetting service.
