Yes, I got my oil changed and the tires checked, etc. BUT - I had to sit and wait 3 hours and 15 minutes before this basic work was done. That was absolutely unnecessary and very nerve-racking . And BUT - I had to sit and wait 3 hours and 15 minutes before this basic work was done. That was absolutely unnecessary and very nerve-racking . And to make it even more unfair, a good 6 others came well upstairs after me and left well before me!!! After all my years with you, I am disgusted. Period. p.s.
