I purchase my Subaru used from here and I get all of my service performed here. I recently had an experience with the service center where I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to get a shake while service performed here. I recently had an experience with the service center where I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to get a shake while driving on the highway checked out. They told me I had some issues that weren’t mentioned at my previous service 5,000 miles prior and when I raised a concern that I just had scheduled maintenance and a full diagnostic performed, they told me they would comp the issue. I will be bringing my vehicle in in a few days to have the work done (they needed to order a part) but so far I’m very pleased with the way this was handled.
