Mike Capobianco or Mike Cap as they call him was my salesperson. I contacted Mike from an advertisement on Carfax. It was for a 2020 Subaru Forester I was trading in a 2013 BMW X3. I asked him the impossible and that was to give me a price match estimate over the phone for trade BMW. He contacted his sales manager who said he could match contingent on them seeing the car. Which was firn with me. This was done on short notice and I was coming from 63miles away for the deal. I took a chance on Mike and it paid off. My car was in the condition I stated and they matched the price from the other dealer. There was no haggle just as he stated the price on the internet is the price. Here's the thing about Mike, he was extremely busy when we arrived. It was late. He has a daughter at home who was hungry BUT he put us first, treated us right, and down-to-earth. Someone you wanted to buy a car from. Mike was patient with our questions. When we came to pick up the car, it was 10:00 AM. I thought, no way will they have this car ready but Mike and his team did just that. Mike is a good man. You can TRUST him and Dan Perkins Subaru. I could not have asked for more.
