5 stars for Shelley, but most of all Michelle Gioia for going above and beyond to help; service, communication, and professionalism was absolutely incredible! We went there as a family for 4 with a 3 y/o a going above and beyond to help; service, communication, and professionalism was absolutely incredible! We went there as a family for 4 with a 3 y/o and a 10 month old; needless to say Michelle and Shelley made sure that the process went extremely smooth and in a timely fashion! Had about $1800 in repairs (including a new brake job) but had to drive back from BPT because the new brake pads on a wheel were incorrectly installed. Came back a day later and they fixed it (promptly) but I still lost a couple hours having to return fix something that should ever have occurred with the service. I would have a appreciated a little more understanding (not much of a “we’re sorry”) and although I wasn’t expecting something like an adjustment on the cost of the service maybe a credit toward future work would have made me feel better about my lost time coming back to fix something that was caused by the job. I’ll also note, it gives me a little pause that I had to return to fix something that seemingly is routine service. I did appreciate the prompt fix though and they got me in quickly to fix the problem. More
