Kelly, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are always looking for ways to make improvements at our dealership to elevate our guest experience. However, this is one of those instances where your review does not match what actually occurred. Your vehicle was brought in to have dash warning lights diagnosed and what was diagnosed was that your headlight wiring had rodent damage. Our service advisor provided you a quote along with a few day lead time on the parts, to which you authorized us to begin the repair process. A few days later you changed your mind and wanted to turn in your repairs in to your insurance company so that you did not have to pay out of pocket. Your insurance company would not cover the entire repair which is why you had an outstanding balance. It is our policy that we do not perform work without consent from a customer. Your review states that you purchased your 4Runner from us two months ago, but our records indicate you purchased your 4Runner from us back in July of 2020. Our management team has tried to reach out to see if there was any way we can help out. It is fairly normal for a vehicle to have a few thousand difference between trade-in values and retail values. Several months have passed since your purchase, and with market values changing daily, there could easily be significant differences in value.
