Misled, deceived, bamboozled Purchased a Jasmine Green 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from (SM). Salesperson stated practically new tires at 8/32. He stated no body damage. He stated tw Purchased a Jasmine Green 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from (SM). Salesperson stated practically new tires at 8/32. He stated no body damage. He stated two key fobs. Car was delivered a week later to find tires at 3/32. Body had door dents, 6" long crease, paint chips and cracking from what looked liked a failed paintless dent removal repair. Only one key fob. Contacted salesperson. He stated he was off, reiterated tires were practically new and stated there was only a quarter size dent. I told him that he was wrong and that he needed to make things right. He told me I needed to call the dealership myself and ask for a manager. Took vehicle to a local tire professional to confirm tire measurements and condition. 3/32 confirmed. Dealership was then contacted and manager offered $400 for tires and $100 for body damage. Delivery was refused and car sent back. The next day the dealership offered a higher priced alternative at a $200 discount for the inconvenience. A replacement car was not purchased as we were not able to spend more than originally agreed upon. UPDATE: Three days later the alternative car they offered at a "discounted" price of $19,498 due to the inconvenience (let's say it how it really was...misled, deceived, bamboozled) is $19,414. Games, games and more games. More

I specified the features I wanted and asked for a price quote on-line and he provided that right away. He was not at all pushy when I visited the dealership. I bought the vehicle I wanted. I am sure the dealership made a good profit but I am happy with the price I paid; I believe that to be the basis for every successful transaction. Mr. Adam Charley was very patient in explaining certain features of the vehicle I bought. He was very well informed, polite and respectful. I believe him to be an asset to Dan Deery Toyota, and I will strongly recommend him as the person to contact in the event they are interested in buying a vehicle. The sales Manager, Mr. Dylan Deery, was also very helpful; he was "Johnny on the spot". I was happy with how expeditiously and efficiently the entire process was handled. I did not end up wasting the entire day. More
