My time was wasted worse than sitting in a doctor's office. The dealership had rolled out a new computer system for the sales people that absolute was a joke. As hard as Nathan tried to do what he had to do his hands were tied with little help available. It just seemed like with the dealership it was an expectation that you were going to just have to wait and it was no big deal. Even when it came time to talk to the financial person to do the paperwork I probably waited 45 minutes just for that and we were paying cash for the vehicle. If I had not found the exact vehicle I wanted I would have been long gone. But I tolerated it just to get out of there with the vehicle I wanted. Nathan went out of his way to be there on Saturday on his day off to help us pick the car up and even then we had to wait to pay for it. Just wasn't a very pleasant experience but we do love our new Toyota Highlander. More

Tee is hands down the best salesperson I have worked with. I'd almost rather gouge my eyes out than shop for a car. I let him know what I wanted and that is exactly what I drove away in.
