Great communication from the dealership staff, Jenny Barrett and Andrew Page, from my first inquiry all the way through the day of purchase. They confirmed the trim model and color I desired and held it for me, answered any and all questions I had, did a test drive within a few minutes of arriving at the dealership, asked me all the important questions, and worked with our financing preferences to get us set up exactly how we expected. They even fulfilled my request of acquiring a tonneau cover -which they worked into the purchase financing for me- and had it installed while I signed papers! It was a busy Saturday, but it flowed pretty smoothly and my wife and I drove away very happy customers! More

We drove 4 hours and had called ahead to let them know what time we were coming. They said they would have the vehicle ready when we got there. We arrived and that was not the case. The salesman we had been speaking with over the phone that said he would be helping us had neglected to tell us he would actually be in a meeting and we ended up with a young salesman who seamed only experienced enough to navigate the dealer website and take us on test drives. Any questions about the buying process or price negotiations had to be directed to his manager who seamed pretty rude. The manager basically told us the reason we came to his dealership was because his vehicles were priced the best which was untrue and was unwilling to negotiate (it just happened to have the options we wanted). All the sales desks state that only one key is included in the purchase unless other keys were already with the vehicle. We asked the salesman multiple times if there was an additional key with the vehicle and he kept stating that the vehicle was a lease return and would most likely have an additional key. We ask him to confirm that it did and he just stated that there wasn't a way to confirm it until the sale was final because the keys were kept in a pouch with the title.... Why that didn't keep me from buying from them I don't know. Maybe it was the 4 hr car ride to get there, and not thinking straight. After we signed the paperwork and were walking out the door of course we found out there was only one key... The sales process took forever. The website advertised it having a set of Toyota genuine floor mats. On my ride home I looked in the back seat and found out that the back mat was missing. When I got home and looked underneath the vehicle I found two pretty substantial rust spots underneath the paint protection film at the cab corners that had never been mentioned and should have been fixed by Toyota considering they had "Certified" the vehicle and at 34k miles it was clearly a warrant issue/ workman defect. They sold the vehicle to us with tires that were almost already worn down to the wear indicator. On a near 40k purchase, the most they were willing to negotiate on a KBB "Fair Value" vehicle was $300. Wish I would have never bought from here... More
