I sold my Tundra privately. I bought a 2016 4Runner Ltd. with 30,000 miles. 2 months later I took it back to trade in on another Tundra. I had put less than 2000 miles on the 4Runner and still in perfect co with 30,000 miles. 2 months later I took it back to trade in on another Tundra. I had put less than 2000 miles on the 4Runner and still in perfect condition. They offered me 5500$ less than I bought it for. I said that is ridiculous. I was going to buy a later model Tundra but they figured sell it for the price I paid to begin with and soak me for another $5000 profit on my next one. Won’t be going back to these rip offs. More

Signed an agreement with dealer stating the vehicle had 2 miles on it. We purchased over internet and we live in Indiana. The car arrived with 400 miles on it and with holes drilled in the front bumper fo miles on it. We purchased over internet and we live in Indiana. Now we have a very expensive vehicle with unsightly holes and no acceptable response from dealer. Toyota is in contact with the dealership but since they sell the vehicles directly to dealerships they can't control poor customer service. More
