Probably one of the best car buying experiences in our life. Mark Carlisle was exceptional to work with, we feel we were treated top-notch by him. We highly recommend Whitney Grove as your salesperson; she was the best in helping us find the right vehicle. She is very personable and great to work with. My husband and I drove almost two hours to lo she was the best in helping us find the right vehicle. She is very personable and great to work with. My husband and I drove almost two hours to look at Toyota Highlanders. We chose Dan Deery Toyota first, because they seemed to have the best deals and second, because we had purchased our first brand new car from Dan Deery Motors when we were expecting our first child in 1990 when my husband was attending UNI. We had five Highlanders on our list and we got lucky with the top three still on the lot. Whitney drove the vehicles not too far from the door as my husband is not able to walk too far and answered any questions we had with each vehicle. Will most definitely speak with Whitney again if another Toyota vehicle is in our future. More

I started out by sending an online inquiry to the dealership before business hours, and within a couple hours, Brooklyn was contacting me. I really appreciated that she text me first to tell me she w dealership before business hours, and within a couple hours, Brooklyn was contacting me. I really appreciated that she text me first to tell me she would be calling because I usually don’t answer unfamiliar calls! After answering my questions, she hung up and started looking into what it would take for me to buy a car. Throughout the day she text me many times and kept me updated on the process. When I decided on a car, we made an appointment to come see it. Unfortunately, on our way to the appointment, Jeremy text us and informed us that the car we had been looking at had just sold but that they had other options we could look at. We decided to go to the dealership and see what they had. When we got there, we met up with Colton, our salesman, and he sat us down and determined our ‘must haves’ in a vehicle. In no time at all, he found us something that we were interested in and valued our trade-in at a price that was more than we thought! We were pleasantly surprised! Soon afterwards, we headed to sign paperwork with Steven. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us throughout the signing process. Overall we had a really good experience. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. It seemed like they actually cared about what we wanted and not just about making a sale! The process was super easy. I would definitely recommend seeing Colton at Dan Deery for anyone looking at buying a new car! More
