Your review states that you purchased your 4Runner from us two months ago, but our records indicate you purchased your 4Runner from us back in July of 2020. Our management team has tried to reach out to see if there was any way we can help out. It is fairly normal for a vehicle to have a few thousand difference between trade-in values and retail values. Several months have passed since your purchase, and with market values changing daily, there could easily be significant differences in value. Richard, Thank you for your review and for your business. We take all reviews very seriously to help us make needed improvements. Vehicles in the state of Iowa require front license plates. All of our new vehicles have plate brackets on the front bumper, as required by law. If this was something that was requested by you prior to purchase, and you had been told it didn’t have a plate on it when in reality it did, we would understand your complaint. However, on top of it being our state’s law, our advertisement online listing the truck you purchased clearly had photos showing that the truck had a front license plate bracket installed. We have offered to resend paperwork with the mileage discrepancy but you did not deem that to be necessary. If you have any further questions please contact our management team at 319-277-4500.
