When purchasing a vehicle in the price range you did, there are several documents that are required to be signed by you stating that there could be mechanical and safety issues and that you are aware the purchase is 100% as is. If you would like extra copies of these agreements that you signed, please let us know. Neither the owner or the general manager have had any messages from you about the issues, but Don did communicate to the owner, Dan Deery, about the issues you are experiencing. While we do not have a return policy or a like-it-or-return-it policy, Dan Deery authorized a full refund of your vehicle purchase on any other vehicle we have in stock. I would never put my child in a car that you own. It's one thing to buy "as is" and another for someone to be willfully deceptive and lie. Your salesman lied about doing a diagnostic and turned off the check engine light to be misleading and make a sale!!!! Thats illegal ! And your " as is " xxxxxxxx will not hold up in court. Your salesman outwardly lied to me! Careful buying from these people! They are cons! And I in fact emailed you and I have proof. Im selling the xxx ( which motors is likely shot) for 2500 and have already contacted a lawyer for you to recoup the costs. I dont care if it costs more than what the car costs! And I will continue to write reviews to save people from being scammed by you! Disgusted with your ethics. You should be disgusted with yourself and need to train your salesman! P.S. I posted a screenshot of the email that " wasn't sent" on facebook and screenshotted this response to share on FB as well. Pull it together. I mistyped Shane's name, will that be your next excuse???
