Worked with salesman (Brandon Simkins) and sales manager (Shane McCollow) to agree on a purchase price for a new Just want to get the word out. Worked with salesman (Brandon Simkins) and sales manager (Shane McCollow) to agree on a purchase price for a new RAV4. They took a $1000 deposit to secure the sale. Later in the evening I get a call from my salesmen who tells me the General Sales Manager said he can't sell the car because I don't have a trade-in, as they are so short on cars. I talked to the Sales Manager and he said that he can't sell the car for full MSRP like we agreed...it has to be a minimum of $1000 over MSRP without a trade in. They then refunded my down payment. We had a contract with a down payment, and they decide they could squeeze a little more money out of someone else. Unbelievable. Shady business practice, lack of values and integrity. Will seek assistance from the Consumer Protection Agency, as I have documents and a receipt. All so they could make $1000 more. Plus, I am a previous customer. Be very leary, as they don't care about you....just a few extra dollars. More
I ended up in my dream RAV-4 in no time with Whitney's help. As a woman, it was so awesome to be able to work through the car buying process with another woman. Buyer Beware! Looking to buy a used 2014 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet Base 2D Sport Utility vehicle. Asked salesperson(s) via phone & text about condition of car & Looking to buy a used 2014 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet Base 2D Sport Utility vehicle. Asked salesperson(s) via phone & text about condition of car & specifically the convertible top. Told " The convertible top as well as the other features work as they should". Salesperson knew we were traveling 3 ½ hrs one way to come buy the vehicle. When we arrived, Air bag light on dash and convertible top with duct tape, catching, leaking, seams torn. Sales Manager didn’t bother to see us or apologize. Absolutely Terrible Customer Service and dishonest! Wasted an entire Saturday, traveling in very bad weather, plus GAS, food, and our time. Thankful we did NOT buy a car from them! More
