I put on a nationwide search to find my 2023 4Runner TRD Offroad in black, and I coordinated with dozens of dealers around the country. Out of all of them Cody Zey at Dan Deery Toyota was, by far, the best Offroad in black, and I coordinated with dozens of dealers around the country. Out of all of them Cody Zey at Dan Deery Toyota was, by far, the best to work with. Cody is a really nice guy, very transparent, always responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. There was no BS dealing with Cody. I ended up driving over 300 miles to Dan Deery Toyota in Cedar Falls to pick up my vehicle. Cody had me in and out with my new vehicle in less than an hour. An excellent experience all around - I 100% recommend Cody to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
Well, this is an interesting place for sure, I'm going to start with their online department. I had Jenny Barret. She was awful refused to answer questions about issues on used vehicles. Wouldn't respond with anything besides I will be will to discuss in future. It's fine I drove the 90 minutes because you can't answer simple questions. Then Jeremy Wilson, my wife and I were told he would be helping us and that he was a manager there. We were happy until he wouldn't greet us smile or even acknowledge our existence... I guess that's fine I was pretty sure after meeting the floor manager. I wanted nothing to do with the company by time we walked away from him. Finally, we met Justin Kasemeier. He was smiling, and seemed interested it what we were saying. He allowed me follow him to hear the vehicle dry start after setting out in the elements for the last few months. He pointed out lots of things with crossover and had plenty of knowledge prior to looking up the vehicle. He asked if we wanted to take it for a ride or he could ride with. Unusual for me but I said I wanted him to ride with us. Not only is he the only reason for my purchase but I reached out about a few issues after the purchase. He told me he didn't know, and I actually believe him. I’m not an easily trusting person. So, when I say I think he comes across as an honest hard working dedicated salesman. I hope people can believe me. You should see him about any future needs. I'm not sure about the rest of the company. I would recommend people see him. More
