My husband and I were in the market for a car for our 16 year old daughter and when I called Dan Deery they were able to confirm the availability of the cars we wanted to look at. We scheduled an appointment to come in and when we arrived early Justin didn't make us wait and took us to see the cars in the lot across the street. Justin answered our questions knowledgably and was not pushy. When we asked to put the car on a lift, he directed us to the service bays where we could do so. He was very easy to work with and when we denied needing financing he didn't press the issue and took us through the process to put a deposit on the car and pick it up the next business day. Justin was off the day we were picking up the vehicle but he stayed in communication with us to make sure we knew where to go and who to talk to. Colton and Tammy in the Finance Department were easy to work with as well when we needed to change gears and utilize financing through the dealership. They were very patient when we kept missing their calls and made the process to get approved hassle free. She printed our paperwork ahead of time so that it was a quick in and out process to sign and be out the door.
