Just bought my second new vehicle from Dan Deery Toyota and will not hesitate to go back to them again. Our sales rep Andy Page was exceptionally good. Very patient and knowledgeable. Also, I always do quite a bit of homework when checking out prices on new vehicles from area Toyota dealerships and for the second straight time Dan Derry Toyota was the "hands down" winner of where to go for both selection and pricing. I'm a little puzzled as to why that would be the case in pricing when buying a new Toyota vehicle, but for the second straight time that is what I have found out. More

Do not purchase from this dealer, especially if you live out of state. Their website promotes selling out of state and shipping vehicles. Our experience was a nightmare. The truck was supposed be detailed before shipping. It arrived completely covered in dirt. They apologized and said they didn't have time. The paperwork was supposed to be in the truck; it wasn't. We were given the runaround and didn't receive the paperwork for over a week. We negotiated for tag, tax, and title fees to be included and that they would send a check to the DMV. After 4-5 phone calls throughout the week and being repeatedly told they were sending the check, they did not. They were supposed to send the check and the title to the DMV, instead they sent us the title! In the final phone call, they said oops, we don't do send checks to out of state DMVs, yet, they added $5k to the final purchase agreement and could never explain this price increase. Finally. We reached out to Mr. Deery himself, and his response mirrored that of the sales people. This dealership was a nightmare. We've purchased vehicles from out of state before and never experienced anything like this. The sales people, all three of them, were completely inept. The experience was nothing short of a most frustrating nightmare. More

Very poor service! I travelled there a 635 miles, about 10 hours drive, to buy a car but they made it a nightmare! Certainly, I’ll not recommend these guys!
