Shenan, Thank you for your review. Our dealership does not do any shipping. You requested shipping quotes so we both agreed to hire this 3rd party shipping company to deliver the vehicle to you, to meet your request. We did not solicit a sale to you from across the country, rather it was your choice to purchase from several states away because we had the lowest priced vehicle in the country. We recommend you relay your shipping complaints to the company that was hired to do the shipping for you. The car you chose to purchase had 9k miles on it, having plenty of comprehensive coverage remaining, so it was not in need of any inspection. No oil change was discussed in any of our communications with you. It is possible that a more local purchase, where as the buyer you can handle the pickup/dropoff/inspection of the vehicle you are wanting to pursue, would be better suit your car buying demands.

Nina, We are so sorry for the inconvenience your vehicle troubles have caused.  It has been a frustrating process and we understand exactly where you are coming from.  We are very glad to hear that the repairs were covered at no expense to you.  Unfortunately, vehicles are machines and they do have malfunctions.  In this particular case, your vehicle issues were difficult to diagnose and required special tools as well as certified mechanics to perform the work.  As your vehicle was a Mazda, and we are a Toyota store, we did not have the tools nor training to perform the necessary repairs.  This resulted in the vehicle having to go to the local Mazda dealer to have the repairs completed.  Like you, we were also having difficulties getting consistent and accurate updates from this facility.  It was a very frustrating situation for us both, and we are saddened it overshadowed your car-buying experience with our dealership.  We wish that more of the repair was under our control, but this was not the case.  We were limited to what communication was being told to us by this other dealership.  Your feedback is important to us and has helped us brainstorm ways to make a difficult situation more enjoyable in the future.
