We worked with Carlos to purchase a new RAV4 for my sister and it was the best car buying experience I have been a part of. My prior top experience was also with Dan Deery several years ago and they ju sister and it was the best car buying experience I have been a part of. My prior top experience was also with Dan Deery several years ago and they just outdid themselves thanks to Carlos!! Carlos was friendly, personable and an absolute joy to work with. There was no pressure whatsoever and he truly embodied the idea that the customer comes first!! He could probably lead a master class on selling cars. It is nice to leave a dealership feeling good about the entire experience start to finish. My wife and I will be in the market for a new vehicle in a few months and planned to go to Dan Deery, but that was all the more solidified with my sister’s car buying experience with Carlos! More
