What impressed us the most was that we were greeted in a very friendly manner, and her first concern was to let us know where the restrooms were, and snacks, since we had driven a fairly long way. She even gave us a duck to put in our new Jeep, and a little duck for the key chain! As the Jeep was for my wife, she was thrilled! The deal was quick and easy, and everyone that we interacted with at the dealership was very nice and professional.
