I purchased a pickup truck from Dan Cummins Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Paris, Ky on June 9th 2020. My salesman was Sterling Roach and his manager was Troy Cord. I do not recommend this dealership due to Chrysler Jeep in Paris, Ky on June 9th 2020. My salesman was Sterling Roach and his manager was Troy Cord. I do not recommend this dealership due to the lies and walking away feeling that you were victimized by the shady slick back hair backyard car salesman feel to it! They told me that if I had purchased this truck and didn’t want it during a 72 hour period to simply bring the truck back and they would give me my vehicle back with no questions asked. Well that is NOT true because when I called them to ask them about bringing the truck back then it was a no go of what they had promised. What a scam and crooked place to do business and I do not recommend it at all. I have bought there prior and will not return after this stunt. Then I attempted to reach out to Sterling and he never answered my phone call and never returned my call either about setting up the cleanIng detail that they promised. They are a joke and I will go to extreme measures to not let my friends, family, or even my worst enemy to get screwed like this! You would think with the “Cummins” name and “great reputation” that the days of the old shady slick back hair dirty car salesman days were long past them but I guess not. So please do not waste your time, money, and sanity with these incompetent crooked individuals. Take this as a warning from experience! More

Instead of talking on the phone they prefer to text which would be ok except I guess your text just goes to a central inbox and you end up talking to different ppl who dont have a clue what has taken place so far. Once explaining everything 3x that the paperwork is not correct (wrong truck shown on purchase side, incorrect trade shown, missing rebates and the best is they changed the dealer discount and added 1000 to it) Please find a dealer that will treat you fair and will be honest with you, this is not the dealer for you! More
